Rack King and Shelving Limited is Ireland's largest supplier of industrial warehouse shelving. We hold hundreds of bays at all times and specialise in supplying and fitting long span shelving nationwide, usually within a few days of an order, whatever the size of the job.
Long span is the main picking system in warehouses everywhere. Beams clip straight into the frames with no nuts or bolts, each picking location carries a high load, and open-back bays stand on their own and load from both sides.
Our long span is European manufactured, and because we keep high volumes here all year you can always come back for extra bays and levels. Everything is available from our own warehouse, so collection is fine: ring us, pick a time, and it will be waiting for you.

If you have the floor space, 900mm is the better buy.
Inserts
Every bay ships with three adjustable levels and new timber inserts. Levels can be added or taken out to suit. Steel inserts are an option at 600mm deep, for a few euro more, and give you a surface you can wipe down.
Steel goes into takeaways, hotels, petrol stations, butchers and cold rooms, anywhere moisture in the air rules a timber insert out.
Mobile long span shelving
For stock-picking operations we fit long span bays with castors, four per bay, two braked and two free-running, from €80 a bay depending on the working load. There is more on mobile long span shelving, including sizes and where it earns its keep.

Priced configurations
A starter bay stands on its own. Each extension bay shares a frame with the bay beside it, so a long run costs less per bay. All prices ex VAT at 23%. Delivery and installation are quoted separately.
