Pallet Racking

Pallet racking is the storage system behind almost every warehouse in the country. Bays adjust to your pallet heights, and beams carry safe working loads of up to 3000kg per pair of levels. A single bay 2700mm wide and 5000mm high holds 15 euro pallets or 10 standard UK pallets — in floor space less than three metres long.

Our system is Kimer, European-manufactured from high-strength steel and tested to European standards. Starter and extension bays clip together beam-to-frame — no nuts or bolts except the floor anchors, and the only tool you need is a rubber mallet. Because we stock the same system year-round, you can always come back to us for extra beams, frames and accessories.

Which depth do you need?

Euro pallets (800mm × 1200mm): choose the 1100mm-deep system. It stores three pallets side by side per beam level, with safe working loads of 775kg to 1000kg per pallet depending on the beam.

Standard UK pallets (1000mm × 1200mm): choose the 900mm-deep system. It stores two pallets side by side per beam level, with safe working loads of 1162kg to 1500kg per pallet.

Our lightest 2700mm beam is rated 2325kg UDL (uniformly distributed load) — stronger than most competitors' at the same price. That one beam covers any standard UK pallet from 100kg to 1500kg, so you don't need to re-spec beams as your stock mix changes.
