Pallet Racking

Adjustable pallet racking (APR) is the most common industrial storage system for palletised goods: horizontal beams carried on vertical frames. Beam levels move to suit different load sizes, and every pallet stays directly reachable.

A turnkey service

We take pallet racking projects from the first phone call to a loaded warehouse. Where it helps we come out and survey the building, then draw the layout around your stock and the trucks you run. Heights, bay lengths and depths are specified to the job.

Heights run from 1000mm to 10000mm, with the beam sizes and load capacities to match whatever you are putting on them. If pallets are not the whole story, the racking hub sets this beside drive-in, narrow aisle and cantilever. We deliver and install nationwide. Stock is held all year up to ten metres, so a job is not waiting on a container. All our pallet racking is EU manufactured, and our installation teams work to EU norms.

One bay 2700mm wide and 5000mm high holds 15 euro pallets or 10 standard UK pallets, in under three metres of floor. Beams clip into the frames, so a bay goes together with a rubber mallet. The only bolts are the floor anchors.

Our lightest 2700mm beam is rated 2325kg UDL (uniformly distributed load). That one beam takes any standard UK pallet from 100kg to 1500kg, so your beams stay right when your stock mix moves.
