Delivery

We deliver single and bulk orders anywhere in Ireland through our pallet delivery partners. We won't promise next-day delivery — but we will have your order with you within three working days of it being placed.

Orders are dispatched Monday and Tuesday each week, so every order is delivered by the end of the same week.

Our pallet delivery policy

1. There must be adequate space for an 18-tonne rigid truck to enter the premises.
2. If the driver judges that the property can't be accessed, delivery will be kerb-side.
3. Oversized pallets need offloading arrangements on site, such as a forklift.
4. Anything over 2 metres cannot be taken off by tail-lift.
5. Deliveries are made door to door by tail-lift truck and manual pallet truck, which can only operate on smooth, level ground. Drivers won't manoeuvre heavy pallets over uneven ground or break down pallets, but they'll be as helpful as possible.
6. Drivers can't wait more than 20 minutes at a delivery point.

Returns

We accept returns on any product as long as it's unopened. If your order arrived palletised, it must come back to us palletised the same way it was received. Because of the load sizes involved, arranging and paying for return transport is the customer's responsibility.

Damage

If anything arrives damaged, we'll replace it. Let us know by email or phone (01) 541 5486, and include photos of the damage.
