Industrial Shelving

Our main industrial shelving range, Easy Rack Evolution, is a boltless system for light to medium-duty storage. It goes up fast, the shelf levels move, and there is a range of accessories and configurations behind it. Warehouses, workshops, archives and retail back-of-house all run it.

We hold hundreds of bays at all times and deliver nationwide within a couple of days of an order. Bays come in a range of depths and shelf configurations, and the price per bay drops with quantity, so ring us with the number you need rather than working off the table alone.

Think of it as the step up from ordinary bolted shelving: a better finish, levels that adjust, and a system you can add to later. It sits below long span shelving on price and on load, for hand-loaded stock that does not need heavy-duty beams.

The bay

Each bay carries 100kg per shelf, which is 500kg UDL (uniformly distributed load) across a five-level bay. The clip system at top and base holds the whole bay square, so it stands free and can be reached from all sides. A bay takes about fifteen minutes with a rubber mallet. Made and tested in Europe.

Where it goes

Spare parts stores, maintenance stores, e-commerce picking, retail stockrooms, engineering components, and carton and small-item shelving on a warehouse floor.

AR Shelving range

We also stock bays from AR Storage in Spain. Same idea, heavier: bay capacities run to 1200kg, in a pre-galvanised silver finish with MDF or wire mesh inserts. They clip together the same way, with a rubber mallet and no nuts or bolts, and a bay takes about fifteen minutes. They arrive pre-packed, so they go out at short notice. Collection from Leixlip is fine, ring ahead.
