A builders' providers in Navan needed to store 8ft × 4ft sheets of timber alongside euro pallets. We fitted two bays of pallet racking, each 4500mm high × 2700mm wide × 1100mm deep with three beam levels, rated 2000kg UDL (uniformly distributed load) per level.
With the work area clear, two bays like these go up in an hour. Total cost €750 ex VAT delivered, before fitting.
A pharmaceutical company needed shelving with a wipeable surface that wouldn't absorb moisture, fitted down both sides of two refrigerated 40ft shipping containers. Our long span shelving units are 2100mm long, so five units covered the 10500mm run down each side.
Each run was 2250mm high × 600mm deep, leaving a 1200mm walkway down the middle of the container. Extra beam levels at floor height kept valuable stock off the ground and away from contamination. See our container shelving options for similar fit-outs.
A new motor factors opening in Ballymount, Dublin, fitted out with our modular shelving (also called kit bay shelving). Each metal bay is 2000mm high × 975mm wide × 500mm deep, with four levels per bay.
24 bays supplied and fitted in roughly seven hours.
Eight bays of modular shelving, each 2000mm high × 975mm wide × 500mm deep. This shelving normally comes with five levels; the customer wanted an extra level in every bay, so each was built with six.
Each level holds 100kg, so each bay holds 600kg. Total €980 ex works, ex VAT.

The lin bins measure 145mm high × 200mm wide × 350mm deep, giving a picking wall for fittings and fixings.
A batch of mobile long span shelving bays delivered to Clondalkin, each fabricated to length to fit the customer's narrow working aisles. The bays are 1800mm high × 450mm deep, in any length up to 2100mm.
At the standard 2100mm length each mobile bay is €270 ex VAT. Fabricated to your exact size it's €350 ex VAT, with €80 covering the fabrication.
