Mobile Long Span Shelving

Mobile long span shelving is a heavy-duty system mounted on wheels. It carries what long span shelving carries, and the whole unit moves: around a warehouse, a workshop, a stockroom or a production area. Bulky hand-loaded stock that is too big for ordinary shelving is what it is for, and it turns up in most warehouses running a picking system.

A bay sits on four castors, two braked and two free-running. Heights, lengths and depths are all customisable. Our standard bay is 2100mm long at €270 ex VAT. If your aisles are tighter we fabricate to the length you need for €350 ex VAT. Castors are fitted from €80 a bay depending on the working load, and a bay takes up to four levels, so mixed stock sizes sit on the one unit.

Engineering and maintenance stores, spare parts, e-commerce picking areas, manufacturing workstations, tool storage, archive and records, and warehouse overflow stock.
