Tyre Racking

Tyre racking is one of our most popular lines with mechanics and tyre repair centres. Our most popular tyre bay is 2250mm high × 2000mm wide × 400mm deep, with three levels. Each level holds eight to nine tyres depending on tyre width, and carries 350kg. Bays run up to 3500mm high, storing 16–18 inch tyres five high, up to 45 tyres in a single bay.

The standard depth is 400mm and bays run 2000mm or 1200mm long. We build to 900mm deep, with up to six levels, and configure heights to suit the tyres you stock. We keep hundreds of bays in Leixlip at all times, so it goes out straight away.

Advantages

• Up to 45 tyres per bay: 8–9 per level, five levels high at 3500mm.
• 350kg per level: stable under a full load of tyres.
• Clip-in assembly: quick to put up, and easy to reconfigure bays later.
• Freestanding: no bolting to walls or floor, so bays can be moved. One exception: a shallow bay over 2250mm high must be fixed to the floor.
• Open both sides: pick tyres from either face of the bay at any time.
• €40 delivery: anywhere in Dublin, north Kildare or north Wicklow. Delivery and installation available nationwide.
